Great. Casey was attentive and very professional. I loved that we received our instructions for checking in and checking out far in advance. This was not the experience last year with a previous rental company.

The place with spotless upon arrival and the ocean views all around. Beautiful location.

We truly enjoyed our 2 week stay athe Belle mer. Casey was diligent and followed up regurlarly with us prior, during and after our stay to make sure everything was right. We had no issues at all with the condo, so we could relax and enjoy the beach! Thanks again Casey!

Very convenient location near the beach and away from the crowded areas. Easy acess and enough parking for three cars which was very useful for us.

Casey was great- answered all my questions.

Really loved the porch- spent many great nights with family there. Backyard was also big enough for some outdoor games. Loved listening to the waves and seeing the dawn from the bedroom window!

The Saco, Bay rental team is super easy to work with and answered any questions we had pertaining to the rental.

Casey is great host and owner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If closer to beach and shorter walk would be better.

Excellent week in Maine. House is in the perfect location and perfect size for small family. Walking to beach was excellent.

Only recommendation is it would be nice to have more trash receptacles, such a large home that accommodates so many people who generate trash, need more receptacles for a weeks stay.

Casey is excellent! Easy to work with and gets back to me fast with any questions I may have. Easy and simple communication, made sure to let me know about a water main break earlier in the week.

We loved the house, it was warm and cozy and very welcoming, the location was perfect, we can walk to the beach and Huot's, Old Orchard Beach was a straight shot down the street not even 10m away. It was perfect to entertain the kids and even us adults. It's so peaceful and relaxing and we loved the bird feeder in the back! So many beautiful birds would snack while we drank coffee in the morning!

The beds were comfortable. Some of the fans could be washed or replaced. Curtains on the windows wouldve been nice for the eating areas and living room.

Casey was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with during our rental process.

We really enjoyed our stay . We have been coming to Maine for years and this is one of the best homes we have stayed in.

We have rented from Saco bay for the last 5 years and have always had amazing experiences with them. Never any complaints.

Love the flow of this house very accommodating for 2 families with plenty of space at all hang out together or have time apart. We enjoy the location of this property.

Perfect experience.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. Our view from the balcony was also wonderful and I loved watching the ocean while having my morning coffee. The condo has everything you need to have a memorable vacation.
