Description
This is a “classic” Maine cottage with 5 bedrooms, a huge enclosed porch & a deck on rear, large yard.
Five houses back from Beach with distant ocean views from the large wrap-around porch & some bedrooms. Microwave, TV, BBQ gas grille, washer/dryer. Two baths; 1 bath tub/shower combo & 1 with shower (both on the first floor level). New addition in summer 2013; kitchen & dining room, large deck in rear. All new top-of-the- line appliances including dishwasher and large refrigerator. Fans for every room and has heat, if needed. House has a great porch! Sleeps 11 in beds using the bed on side porch. Has a firepit on the side yard but you need to bring or buy your own firewood. Walk along Surf St., 3 streets over, to access to the beach…2-minute walk. Dead-end street for cars-good for small kids. People fish at the end of Sunset at high tide. WIFI, bring your laptop along with the suntan lotion.
Pets may be considered.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PETS: Pets are allowed with preapproval and are subject to a pet fee of $50 per pet. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pets. Guests are responsilbe for the cost of any damages in excess of pet fees.

We really didn't need to contact them during our vacation week. Communication was great during the rental/paperwork phase.

We had a great time at the property. A great location. So many things to do and see. The house is beautiful with older furniture, art, antiques. We set up a puzzle station on the porch and people would go work on it whenever they wanted. There are rooms and space so that if anyone needed quiet time or a nap they could do that too. It was just a great place to be. All of my family enjoyed their stay.

We had a great time! House is perfect for a family. Very well stocked. Close to Camp Ellis beach and the General Store. We did feed Clyde the cat a few times but he attacked two of our children so we stopped after that. We also missed not having the trolley to OOB again this year but overall is was a great week!

We loved the house, it was warm and cozy and very welcoming, the location was perfect, we can walk to the beach and Huot's, Old Orchard Beach was a straight shot down the street not even 10m away. It was perfect to entertain the kids and even us adults. It's so peaceful and relaxing and we loved the bird feeder in the back! So many beautiful birds would snack while we drank coffee in the morning!
