The location of this beach house could not be better - right in the middle of the 7-mile sandy beach in Old Orchard Beach. Literally a one minute walk brings you to the absolute best stretch of light sand, rock-free, beach. Surf the waves, walk the beach for miles in either direction, play beach games, and just spread out and enjoy the soft sand and warm sun.
This beach house has been updated, is spacious, and offers accommodations for up to 8 people. Three bedrooms: #1 king bed, #2 - two queen beds, #3 one twin w/pull out trundle (great for 2 kids). There is also extra sleeping for overnight guests (futon and pullout couch). Two full bathrooms. Great family room with large wrap-around couch, TV, and large pool table. Separate dining room. Kitchen has all the essentials including microwave, stove/oven, plenty of dishes and cookware, AND that all important washer & dryer! Internet, wi-fi, and 3 TVs.
This is a quiet residential street so great for kids. Driveway parking for two cars, plus on street parking. Back deck and grassy backyard, great for yard games and cookouts on the BBQ grill!
This is just the perfect spot for a relaxing week or two at the beach.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

The house is adorable but too many decorations/knick-knacks make it hard to find space for food and stuff in the small kitchen and lines in the bathrooms. Would love an extra fridge in basement for overflow and an outdoor shower would be great! A dehumidifier in the basement would be ideal. Not sure if thats normal for a rental property but Id be happy to empty it as a renter.
We are previous OOB owners and renters and this house works well for our family. Aside from the cleaning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to rent it again!

We had a wonderful week weather wise and where we stayed! Very spacious and clean. Only one thing I would tell the owners is it was a little overgrown in front, especially near driveway. To much to close to the house in the front. Otherwise I would still give it a ten!

We loved the home and the spacious rooms. If you need one floor living, this is perfect. We are not Roku educated so the TVs were not easy to use although there are TVs in most of the rooms.
Community - Old Orchard Beach - Odessa Ave
These 10 properties are in a 4 block radius that has an expansive sandy beach. Just a 5 minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements!
