Description
Completely renovated and refurnished end unit condo on a dead end street is perfect for a family with small children. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a sunroom that can act as a 3rd bedroom. Amenities include Cable TV, WIFI; washer/dryer, nice patio with gas BBQ grille & patio set. Now has in A/C on each floor and heat if needed. The condo is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements.

Amenities
BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and a new kitchen sponge. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

Had a great time. Beach was literally a 4 minute walk (I timed it). The a/c made it nice and cool. Loved the kitchen and the extra space of the sun room. Washer and dry was also a big help.
