Description

Meticulously maintained 2-bedroom condo is just steps to 7 miles of sandy beach.  Close enough to walk to Old Orchard pier and amusements yet far enough away to offer a peaceful escape.  This open concept condo has a chef's kitchen, living room and dining room.  2022 renovations included a new chef's kitchen, new master bathroom, new windows, new HVAC, new outside patio furniture, and newly painted throughout.  The condominium complex has garage parking for one car and a designated spot in the parking lot that can park two cars back-to-back.  The complex is also equipped with an elevator to this single floor unit.  The master suite has a new king bed and a newly remodeled full bathroom (shower only).  The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bed with an adjacent full bathroom with tub-shower combo.  The living room is spacious and has a wet bar and balcony for enjoying evening cocktails.  Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided which is an added convenience.

Amenities

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

GRILLS:  The property is not equipped with a BBQ grill.  If guests wish, they can bring their own portable grill.  Grilling is strictly PROHIBITED on the balcony but allowed in the side yard.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

Nice and restful. Its a peaceful and quiet place. It has everything and more. We have been coming to OOB for 27 years! We have stayed in several places over the years. Hotels and condos, big and small, but Belle Mer 5 is the very best weve stayed. No doubt.

We wondered about coming back only because we didn't know if our extended family could join us next year, but we (my wife and I) decided the place was too amazing to give up! It's a great bang for your buck, regardless, but plenty of room if more of the family decides to come. Also, by the way, other residence of Belle Mer we very nice and friendly.
