This large, spacious 5-bedroom house offers many amenities. Enjoy a jacuzzi on the front porch, prepare a meal in the large chef's kitchen and dine in the expansive dining room, or have a barbeque followed by a bon-fire on the front patio. Inside there is a huge sunroom room with a large flat-screened TV for family movie nights. There is also a second TV in the living room.
The house sleeps 11 in beds. Upstairs has 3 airconditioned bedrooms (BR1=K, BR2=Q, BR3=Pyramid bunk), a full bath, and laundry. The first floor has a half bath off of the kitchen. The downstairs has two adjoining bedrooms, each with queen beds. There is another half bath in the garage and an enclosed outside shower on the patio.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

We had a very special birthday party for Nonna. Our kids and grandkids came from East and West. Great location near the beach and sitting around the hot tub and fire pit at night roasting marshmallows for smores. Cathys catering for a special birthday lobster dinner (2 lobsters and a bag of steamers each) in the decorated garage was so much fun. Great accommodating and friendly owners. One of best vacations. Cant think of any suggestions or criticisms. Well be back! Happy Family from Connecticut and San Francisco

We found this house on Saco Bay rentals online and the booking experience was easy and efficient from the get go. All our questions were answered quickly and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking through Saco Bay again.

Open Hearth was our favorite beach house ever! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus our parents. The bunk bed room was perfect for our kids and we found the bedrooms to be very spacious and cool with comfortable mattresses. The dining area was great but it was nice having other options like the kitchen island and front porch for casual eating or hanging out. The double living room spaces are such a luxury! Our kids got to watch what they wanted and so did we (with plenty of cable channels!). The walk to the beach is easy and the beach area is gorgeous and quiet - very family friendly. We used the outdoor shower and fire pit area every day! Casey and Sailor were the best welcoming committee. Cant say enough about our week!
Community - Ferry Beach, Saco Maine
These 16 properties span 7 blocks and are all within walking distance to Ferry Beach entrance on Eagle Ave. Just a short walk to the best fishing and seafood in Camp Ellis!
