Description
Large 5-b/r with 2 living rooms-one on 1st floor & one on 2nd floor. Ocean views. Dining will sit 6 people at table & 7+ at kitchen bar. Three houses back from the beach. Will sleep a total of 11 in beds. Gas grill, outdoor patio set, dishwasher, 2 cable TVs (one in each living room), microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans in upstairs living room, AC in all 5 bedrooms, WiFi, two baths, one shower/tub combo on 2nd floor & shower on 1st floor. Small deck with ocean views. House does have heat and a gas fireplace. Walk down Eagle Ave. with beach access at the end of the street. Driveway parking for 4+ cars. Pets allowed with permission.

Amenities
BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are allowed with preapproval and are subject to a pet fee of $50 per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Guests are responsilbe for the cost of any damages in excess of pet fees.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

Its has beautiful bones. Just needs to be taken care of better. It shows that you want your renters to be comfortable and the money is worth it. We are basically paying for use of the beach. (Its nice btw) . We like the location which is why we come back.

Inspite of contracting Covid the day before we left, we had a wonderful stay. Beach is beautiful and right there.

These 16 properties span 7 blocks and are all within walking distance to Ferry Beach entrance on Eagle Ave. Just a short walk to the best fishing and seafood in Camp Ellis!
