Description
This large, spacious 4-bedroom house offers many amenities. Enjoy the gas fire-pit on the back deck or relax on the front porch. House has a large eat-in kitchen as well as barbeque grill and outdoor patio furniture. The expansive living room has a small seating area near a gas fire place and a large seating area with 2 couches (one with a sofabed), 2 chairs, and a 75-inch smart TV. The TV is equipped with a Wii game system and a ROKU device that can access your personal Netflix account. There are also smart TVs in each of the four bedrooms and an XBOX gaming system in BR2.
The common area has a large floor model AC unit that cools the living room and kitchen. There are also window AC units in each of the 4 bedrooms.
The house sleeps 14 comfortably in beds and has 3 additional cots and a sofa bed if needed. There is also a Pack-N-Play and a toddler bed for small children. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed and a full bath (shower only, no tub). There is also a half bath off of the kitchen and a full bath (with tub) on the second floor. The upstairs bedroom accommodations are spacious. The first upstairs bedroom (BR2) has a queen bed and a pyramid bunk with a trundle (full and two twins) that is great for kids. The second upstairs (BR3) has a queen bed, and the third upstairs bedroom (BR4) has a king bed and a day bed with a trundle (2 twins). Each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms has a cot in the closet, and there is a sofa-bed in the living room.
Additional amenities include a home gym in the basement, beach chairs, a beach cart, and a cooler on wheels.
This is a pet friendly property with a large fenced in yard that is great for dogs and small children. There is also ample driveway parking that can accommodate up to 6 cars. There is also a Trolley Service that runs from Camp Ellis to Old Orchard Beach that stops in front of the house if you wave them down (they will also drop you at the house if you ask).

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $50 per pet per week.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

Only recommendation is it would be nice to have more trash receptacles, such a large home that accommodates so many people who generate trash, need more receptacles for a weeks stay.
