This one-bedroom cottage is meticulously maintained and is located on a quiet dead-end street in Ferry Beach. This property is 7 houses back from the ocean and is a short walk to either Ferry Beach or Camp Ellis Beach. Amenities include a full kitchen, new queen mattress, wife, smart TV, ROKU device, and air conditioning. This house is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet get away.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

We were very pleased with the rental of the Delaney, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved being able to sit out on the deck at night and having just a very short walk to the beach on a quiet street. Also was great for walking over to the jetty and small store for ice coffee. We had a great time.
