Description
This is a classic Maine beach house with ocean views from the screened-in wrap around porch. This cottage is two houses back from the ocean and is a short walk to the beach. At high tide, you can fish off of the rocks at the end of this quiet dead-end street.
Cottage has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. Amenities include washing machine (and clothes line but no dryer), microwave, basic cable TV, phone, WI-FI, gas BBQ, huge double picnic table on screened portion of the porch. Bath has claw tub & separate shower. Outside shower to rinse off (not enclosed). Plenty of parking. Owner does leave king sheets as not everyone has them. If you have your own, bring them along.

Amenities
We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are allowed with preapproval and are subject to a pet fee of $50 per pet. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pets. Guests are responsilbe for the cost of any damages in excess of pet fees.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
