This 3-bedroom house in a quiet Old Orchard Beach neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation! Amenities include wifi, large eat-in kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space, living room with 65" smart TV, surround sound, DVD player, and several movies for your enjoyment.  There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (all with Smart TVs) as well as a full bath with a jacuzzi tub/shower combo.  There is air-conditioning throughout this house powered by a heat pump and 3 mini-splitters.  The outside space includes a new deck and a large side-lawn.  There is also outdoor seating, a picnic table, a new grill, an outside shower, and a hose.  House has driveway parking for 4 cars (which is rare in Old Orchard) and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and an 8-minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements where you can enjoy fireworks every Thursday night during the summer!

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
