Always wonderful to work with.

The have been renting various condos on Foote St for years and we needed a bigger space. This definitely had the space.

We really didn't need to contact them during our vacation week. Communication was great during the rental/paperwork phase.

We had a great time at the property. A great location. So many things to do and see. The house is beautiful with older furniture, art, antiques. We set up a puzzle station on the porch and people would go work on it whenever they wanted. There are rooms and space so that if anyone needed quiet time or a nap they could do that too. It was just a great place to be. All of my family enjoyed their stay.

Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Plenty of parking for our cars and for relatives coming and going. Short walk to the beach. Sat at the end of the street for the Thursday fireworks.

We were two families of four and we had a dream vacation!! The location of the house is perfect, a stone's throw from the beach and a few minutes walk from the city center. The house was clean and well maintained.

The stay was amazing, the house has a great setup. It was super clean when we arrived. Walking distance to the beach is perfect for us and our 2 small kids.

Casey and her husband were so good in getting back to you in a quick manner on any questions you have. Excellent people to deal with. Thank you!

We loved the property on 6 Shore! Great house so spacious and comfortable! Easy to keep the sand at bay with the new floors. Close to a beautiful beach. The one thing we would suggest is if you could possibly put a mirror and maybe a side table in the upstairs bedrooms. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beach house! Cant wait to come back next year!!!

Very easy

Loved it all but especially the view from yard, porch, bedrooms, dining room & livingroom!! We made smores in the fire pit, bbq chicken on the grill, walked around the corner for cooked lobsters, and very short walk to the beach. Eds were all comfortable and new bathroom shower is spectacular! AC came in handy for the two warmest nights.

As stated above, Casey has been awesome to work with the last two years and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

My husband has been vacationing in OOB since he was 13. Now that our families have expanded, we each need our own space and Franklin Green has been the perfect spot for us. It is convenient to the Pier and the Beach and it has everything that our family of 3 needs to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

This is the best group I have rented from in my 20 years. Very professional. Always responsive.

I have stayed at this house years back a couple times and again this year. This is a great house it is very clean. It's always a great thing when a house like this has all the extras for the beach, chairs, pails also they have pans for lobster etc. Thank you
