For families & friends who rent together. This is one of four adorable cottage condos only a minute walk to beautiful Grand Beach, right down the street. Rent this one alone or if with friends & other family members, rent along with one of the other cottages here (called Scrub Pines 2). Recently remodeled with new living room furniture, new flooring, and new gass grill and new picnic table.
Home has an enclosed porch; a bath with shower/tub combo, outside enclosed shower with hot & cold water, cable TV, WIFI, gas BBQ grille, picnic table. Has Air Conditioning if needed and offstreet parking for 2 cars. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the famous pier for those fries, fried dough & amusements. Pets okay with permission. Off-Season spring & fall, rates. Pet-friendly cottage in Old Orchard Beach.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are allowed with preapproval and are subject to a pet fee of $50 per pet. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pets. Guests are responsilbe for the cost of any damages in excess of pet fees.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
