Description
This is a classic ocean-front Maine beach house that has been fully renovated throughout. Fully featured with new kitchen, an open concept dining area, and newly furnished living room with ocean views. There is also a newly renovated first floor full bath with large tiled shower and laundry. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms with new queen mattresses and newly renovated full bath with tub. Enjoy panoramic ocean views of Saco Bay from your wrap-around covered porch. The front yard features a new outdoor dining set with 6 chairs, a fire pit with 8 chairs, and spectacular ocean views. There is also a back deck off of the kitchen with a propane gas BBQ grill.

Amenities
BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL: The property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks. Guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

Been coming to ocean park area for several years. This was our first time in Camp Ellis, we absolutely loved it. Such a nice welcoming vibe. I never wanted to leave the house. Thank you for letting us enjoy a little piece of your heaven for a great family vacation.

This was a beautiful property! Very kid friendly with the enclosed yard. The kiddie pool and swing were a hit. Just a 5 minute walk down surf street to the beach and having a beach cart and toys there was a real bonus. It was also just lovely to sit in the shade on the wrap around porch and enjoy the sound of the water and the view and also perfect for those rainy days. Would definitely come back for another stay!

We had a very nice week with our family. Near the beach, easy to get there! Enjoy th porch and the firepit! Everything was great! We will have a wonderfull souvenir of this week forever! My daughter really appreciate all the babys furniture! There was a very nice vibe in this location!!!!
