Oceanfront 6 BR / 3 Bath house in Ferry Beach

This classic ocean-front Maine beach house has six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an outside shower. The first floor has a wraparound enclosed porch with panoramic ocean views and an open-air porch with ocean views.  Inside on floor one you'll find a living room, kitchen, dining area two full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo and the second with a standup shower), laundry, and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed). Upstairs you'll find 4 additional bedrooms all with AC splitters.  Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds, one has two bunk beds, and the last has a double bed. There is also a full bath with a tub (no shower) on the second floor. 

Outside you have a fenced in yard with panoramic ocean views of Saco Bay, two picnic tables, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit with plenty of seating.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  This property comes with bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towel sets, and bath mats. Given that some guests choose to bring their own linens, the linens are left on the bed, but the beds are not made.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL:  The property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks.  There are three propane tanks so it is unlikely that you will run out.  Should you run out, please refill at least one propane tank for the next guests.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 4:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
