This inviting cottage boasts a cozy ambiance with modern comforts, making it an ideal retreat for up to 10 guests. The first floor features a living room, newly updated kitchen and bathroom (shower, no tub), a dining room, and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed).  There are also two twin beds on the enclosed side porch.  Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms both with full beds.  Additional amenities include TV , microwave, washer/dryer, AC units in all bedrooms, AC unit in the dining room, WIFI, gas grill, outside shower, driveway parking for 6 cars, and street parking for 2 cars.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
