Welcome to Beachwood!  This 2-bedroom cottage in Camp Ellis has all of the charm you are looking for.  Cottage is on West Ave which is close the Camp Ellis General Store and Camp Ellis Beach. Take in the river views while enjoying your morning coffee on the front porch.  At low tide, bring your beach chair down the road to the marina where there's a small private beach. Take an evening stroll to the breakwater and Huot's Seafood Restaurant and enjoy live music every night during the summer.  

First floor features an enclosed front porch, a large living room, a full equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), and a full bathroom with laundry (shower stall, no tub).  Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms.  The main bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and casement windows overlooking the river.  The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a ceiling fan.  Please note that the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is very narrow.

The cottage has a monitor heater for cool nights during the shoulder season.  There are also several fans.  The house does not have AC, but you get a wonderful river breeze when you open the large casement windows.

Outside you will find a back patio with chairs, a gas grill, adirondack chairs, an enclosed outside shower, and driveway parking for 3 cars.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.  If you opt to bring your own sheets, the owner will provide bath towels for guests.  If using owners towels, kindly wash and fold towels prior to your departure.

GRILL: Property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks.  Guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Property allows for one small non-shedding dog with preapproval.  Dog must be under 25 pounds and crated when left alone in the cottage. Sorry, no cats.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
