4 Bedroom 1.5 Bath House in Ferry Beach

This 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house is a short walk to Ferry Beach and Camp Ellis.  The first floor features a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a living room and a half bath.  There is also an outside deck with table and chairs, a grill, and a screened-in front porch.  Outside space also features a hammock, a duck pond, and a fire pit. 

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 have full beds, and bedroom 4 has a twin bed. There is also a full bathroom with a tub and shower on the second floor.  Tub is to be used for bathing only as the jacuzzi jets do not work.  All bedrooms are equipped with AC window units.

This is a pet friendly property.  Guests with pet allergies should note that owners have a cat.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

GRILL: Property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks.  Guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Pets are allowed at this property.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
