This quaint condo on a dead-end street in Old Orchard Beach is one block from the beach! Guests have exclusive access to the back yard which has a block patio, a gas grill, and patio furniture. First floor features a living room, kitchen, and full bathroom (shower only, no tub). Upstairs has three bedrooms (BR1 has a queen bed, BR2 has a queen bed, and BR3 has two twin beds). All bedrooms are equipped with heat pumps for air conditioning. The kitchen also has a heat pump, and the living room has an AC floor unit.
Those traveling with family and friends can rent this unit along with 23 Ocean Ave. Property is ideal for those who want a quiet beach day with a short walk to the Pier and amusements!

I would like to know if the back piece of the house was part of the rental? The back part of the house is the owners quarters, but renters have exclusive rights to the back patio.

My mother always had that dream of renting a small house on the East Coast for vacation. Unfortunatly, she never had the money or the opportunity to do it. Last year, we learned that she has early onset Alzheimer's. At the same time, I just sold my share of my house following the break up of my marriage. So, I took a part of that money to make her dream come true: going for a family vacation in a beach house. This property was exactly what I had in mind. We had the best vacation week ever. Thank you for your great work.
