Newly renovated 1-bedroom condo in desirable Pine Point location is just steps to 7 miles of sandy beach.  Enjoy single floor living in this ground-level condominium that sleeps 4 in beds (maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 small children).  There is an open concept living room and kitchen, one bedroom, and one bath.  The kitchen has granite countertops, a kitchen island that seats 3, and a kitchen table that seats 4.  The living room has a gas fireplace, a splitter for heat and AC, a sofa bed, and a Smart TV.  The bedroom has 2 beds (Q=1, Full =1), and the full bathroom has a tub-shower combo and a washer/dryer. 

Outside there is a private seating area that seats four, an oceanfront common area with lounge chairs, and an outside dining/grilling area.  There is also designated parking for two vehicles, an outside shower, a storage area for your personal belongings (bikes, kayaks, etc.), and two beach chairs exclusively for unit 8.

No pets allowed per condo association rules.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
