The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an outside shower, modern kitchen, new beds and furniture throughout.  The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with tub/shower combo. The main living level is a great room design with a kitchen providing upgraded, all electric appliances, a 48" Monogram refrigerator, island bar for four, living and dining areas, expansive view windows and an 8-foot sliding door to the 20' x 10'  deck overlooking the Atlantic surf. There are literally ocean views from every room on this level and the top floor. This level has one bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining full bathroom (shower only, no tub) that is also accessible from the main living area. The third level is designed as the primary suite,  with a privacy door at the stairs, king bed, private full bath with two sinks and your own balcony. This floor has a second living area with a sofa, work desk and more ocean and beach views through a 12' wide window. 

This is a rare and initial season offering. Park the car for your stay and enjoy the proximity of Ocean Park's amenities. The shuffleboard courts, ice cream parlor, diner, general store and town green all nearby.  The historic Old Orchard Beach pier, amusement park, restaurants and shops are also close and accessible by walking if desired.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL:The property has a propane BBQ grill available for use.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

NO SMOKING:  No smoking of any kind on premises.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
