Large newly renovated 4-bedroom house in Old Orchard Beach is perfect for two families!   Amenities include 2 full baths, air conditioning in living room and all 4 bedrooms, back deck with private yard, gas BBQ grille, gas fire pit, washer/dryer, cable T.V. & WI-FI. 

The first floor has a full bath (shower only) and two bedrooms.  First floor bedroom 1 has a queen bed and trundle.  First floor bedroom 2 has two twin beds with trundles. The upstairs has a full bath with a tub/shower combo and two more bedrooms.  Upstairs bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and upstairs bedroom 4 has two pyramid bunks with queens on the bottom and twins on the top as well as an extra twin.

House is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements.  House is great for families with teenage kids due to the proximity of the pier and amusements!

 

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.  Linens are provided for beds only, not trundle beds.

GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Pets prohibited from the property.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
