Pearl by the Sea is a 2-family house that is rented as one. Each unit has its own living room, kitchen, bathroom, front porch, and two bedrooms. Each unit sleeps 4 iin beds for a total of 8. Can sleep up to 12 utilizing futon upstairs and a sleep sofa downstairs.
Home has an outside shower for rinsing off, new patio and outside table and chairs, gas BBQ grille, PEARL Cable TV’s & WI-FI. Off-street parking. Just 100 steps to the beach and walking distance to downtown OOB for those pier fries, shops and amusements.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
GRILL: Guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store. Please turn off gas when not in use and clean grill at the end of your stay.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

These 10 properties are in a 4 block radius that has an expansive sandy beach. Just a 5 minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements!
