Description
This quaint 2-bedroom cottage has ocean views from the front deck! Situated on a dead-end street three houses back from beach, the cottage is surrounded by beach grass with spectacular ocean views. New couch in 2023 and newly renovated bathroom with stand-up shower, new sink, toilet, and flooring. Please note you would need to go through one bedroom (the one with the full bed) to access the bathroom. Washer & clothesline, microwave, cable TV, phone, WI-FI, gas grille. There is a non-working fireplace. Sleeps 5 in beds; Parking for 2 cars.

Amenities
BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with pre-approval.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
