Description
Large 3-bedroom unit in the Tanglewood condominium complex is a short walk to Ocean Park square and shuffle board courts. Updated in 2021 with two new full bathrooms, new living furniture, and new painting throughout, this ground level unit is a gem. The condominium complex has 6 separate units, but feels more like a large house than a condominium.
This unit has a large deck with a ramp for handicapped accessibility. Two baths; one with handicapped shower, other with tub/shower combo. The unit has a microwave, Cable color TV, VCR, washer/dryer, dishwasher, lobster pot, gas BBQ, picnic table at the deck. Dumpster is in the rear for trash. There are marked parking for 2 cars in lot; others on street. About a 3- minute walk to the beach.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
