Description
This is a spacious 5-bedroom house on the corner of Sunset Ave. & Seaside Ave. at Ferry Beach. Upgrades in 2024 include a new deck and a new roof. Home has a large living room with hardwood floors, lots of windows. There are 2 full baths; one on each floor with a tub/shower combo. Fully equipped kitchen + another fridge in back hall for extra food, soda, etc.
BED SETUP: 1st floor Master with 1 Queen bed. On 2nd floor, 2nd b/r has 1 queen; 3rd b/r has 1 full, 4th b/r has 1 full and 5th b/r has a bunk bed set (full on the bottom, twin on the top). House sleeps 11in beds. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large yard with a tree swing, new deck in 2024, patio set & gas BBQ grille, flat screen TV, cable & WIFI for internet access. Just walk down Sunset to Surf St. and pass 4 short streets for beach access between Fairhaven & Eagle Ave., about 2-3 minutes to walk. Or walk along Seaside to Eagle, up to ocean for beach access at Eagle Aves., short distances away. There is parking for 4-5 cars in driveway.

Amenities
BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are allowed with preapproval and are subject to a pet fee of $50 per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Guests are responsilbe for the cost of any damages in excess of pet fees.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
