For family & friends who vacation together and need larger facilities, ORGO DOWN can be rented along with the upstairs unit called ORGO UP. If Orgo both units taken together there’ll be a discount of $100 to $2,500.

This unit is the bottom floor of a 2-family house. Home has 3-1/2 bedrooms and has ocean views. BED SETUP: First b/r has a full bed; 2nd bedroom has a full bed; 3rd b/r has a full bed & half bedroom has a set of bunks (twin-sized for sheets). You need to walk through the "half bedroom" where the bunks are to get to the other 3 bedrooms. Limited to sleep a total of New bath & shower, new stove in 8-09. Microwave, cable TV, Elec. George Foreman grille, patio set, open porch. The new bath has a shower (no tub). Washer/dryer. Wireless internet connection for both units. Only a minute walk to the beach. This home is close to 2 restaurants, a marina, public pier, 20 minutes from Portland, and 10 minutes into down town Saco. A general convenience store, restaurants, Bait and tackle shop, and the main fishing pier are all within walking distance. Ferry Beach State Park offers several paths for walking & biking. This unit is the top floor of a 2-family house. Home has 2-1/2 bedrooms, large open porch with both ocean & river views. BED SETUP: The larger bedroom has a full bed; 2nd bedroom has a full bed; half bedroom has a twin. You need to walk through the "half bedroom" with the twin to get to the other 2 bedrooms. There's also a sleep sofa in the living room for an overnight guest. It will sleep a total of 5 in beds. New kitchen stove & monitor heater in 8-09. Microwave, cable TV, patio set and deck. Bath has a shower (no tub). Only half-a-minute walk to the beach.

The home is close to a marina, public pier, 20 minutes from Portland, and 10 minutes into down town Saco. A general convenience store, restaurants, Bait and tackle shop, boat building facility, and the main fishing pier are all within walking distance. Ferry Beach State Park offers several paths for walking & biking. This is a great central location and is a community, which caters to families. Saco and Old Orchard Amusement parks open Seasonally.
