access (just plug your laptop in), gas BBQ grille & cable TV. One bath is on 1st floor
with shower; full bath 2nd floor, tub/shower combo. There is a large deck off the kitchen, overlooking the marina, again with
beautiful sunsets. One-way traffic will pass this house coming into Camp Ellis and it’s a little

house overlooking the Saco River with gorgeous views of river & Harbor. BED SETUP: Bedrooms
& bath are on 2nd floor. The master bedroom is large with 1 queen
bed (room enough to put air mattresses for kids if more than 6 people), a TV & slider to the top deck for Harbor views.
Bedroom #2 has 1 queen. Sleep sofa in living room sleeps 2. Home sleeps 4 in beds, 6
using sleep sofa (8 if
you bring air mattresses). Two decks, one ground level, 2nd off master bedroom beautiful Harbor & river views.
Washer/dryer in the closet in the smaller bedroom, dishwasher, gas BBQ grille, hot tub. One bath with walk-in shower (no tub).
Just steps to docks, fishing, & restaurants and a beach right at river’s edge or around the corner on the
bay. Park 2-3 cars in driveway. Pets possible with approval. $1,900. For families & friends who vacation together: I
have others nearby which can be rented in conjunction with this house.

the jetty & the other towards Old Orchard. BED SETUP: 1 B/R has a Queen-size bed; 2nd b/r has a full-size bed. There is

house, shared with Koulo next door. Home now has WIFI bring your

in Camp Ellis. Short walks to the beach and walk down to the river. BED SETUP: Home
has two bedrooms. One room has a two twins; 2nd b/r has a Queen bed + a set of bunk beds (twin-size mattresses).
It will sleep 6. There is a phone for local calls; bath with shower (no tub);
Charcoal grill, picnic table, washer, (no dryer) clothes line; table & chairs on front screened-in
porch; several fans; cable TV, WIFI, VCR outside shower, 2-car
parking, more at the street. Cottage has limited views of the Saco River and is within short walking distance
to both the Saco River and the beach at the ocean in Camp Ellis. $1,200/wk. Pets okay,
X-tra $70/wk for dog (cheaper than a kennel).

room with 2 built-in twin beds + a trundle under one of them, will sleep 3. Sleeps a total of 5
in beds. There no closets in the bedrooms but there are built-in drawers under the beds for all of your clothes. The
beach is just down the street and home is just steps to the dock at Camp Ellis
and two restaurants, close by. Other houses are nearby for larger groups who
