sheets). Theirs is also a toddler bed (a crib mattress), for kids ages 1-4 years of age as well as a high
chair for a baby. Home
has a brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all new including a dishwasher. There
is a washer/dryer, cable TV & wireless internet; deck, patio
set, gas BBQ grille. The master bath has shower; 2nd bath off kitchen area is full with a tub/shower

cars. On corner of Seaside Ave. & Meadow Ave., set off the main road. You just need

WALSH - 579 Ferry Rd., Saco (close to both beaches) This is a beautiful
large 2 b/r apartment-Handicap accessible. Located about a half-mile from the beach. It would take about 10 minutes
to walk to the beaches, either the Camp Ellis Beach (closer) or the Ferry Beach. (parking pass provided).
You could also bike down or drive your car. The home has two separate entrances. The one in the rear has a handicap ramp if
needed, plenty of parking. Nice deck on rear with gas BBQ grille & patio set. Home has microwave, cableTV, washer/dryer
and a large living room and two good-sized bedrooms. BED SETUP: Master has a trundle which opens making it a king. & 2nd
b/r has a full + a set of bunks (full on bottom; ttwin on top). Futon in living room. Sleeps 5 in beds
7 with futon. All of this for only $900/wk.

BAYVIEW AREA OF SACO READE (Oceanfront) - 203 Seaside Ave., Bayview, Saco. Lovely, tastefully renovated 4-bedroom oceanfront with panoramic
ocean viewsin the prestigious Bayview area of Saco with a private path directly to the sandy beach. This portion
of the beach is used only for adjacent homes, no public parking in this area to access the beach. This property goes from
shared driveway off of Seaside Ave. to the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms + cute "bunkhouse" adjacent to house. New
carpet up & new furniture. BED SETUP: Master b/r has a Queen bed a door to the deck facing

have those little lights all around the deck that faces the driveway. The switch for the lights is over near the
washing machine and he put a note there saying "Porch Accent Switch". This will turn off and turn on
the little lights. Very large yard private yard. One full bath on the 2nd floor with shower/tub combo; half
bath off living room, 1st floor; enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water; dishwasher; microwave, lobster pot &
