rooms - one on 1st floor & large one on 2nd floor. Ocean views. Dining will sit 6 people at table & 4+ at kitchen
bar. Three houses back from the beach. Bed Setup: First floor: 1 Bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin; 2nd bedroom
has 1 twin & set of bunkbeds (twin mattresses). Second floor: 1st bedroom has 1 full; 2nd bedroom has 1 full;
3rd bedroom has 1 queen. There is a queen air mattress upstairs which will be left as long as it's still working.
Will not be replaced if it doesn't. Will sleep a total of 12
in beds 14 total utilizing the air mattress. Gas grille, picnic table,
dishwasher, 2 cable TVs (one in each living room), fireplace, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans in upstairs living room
& 3 bedrooms; wireless internet. Two baths, one shower/tub combo on 2nd floor & shower on 1st floor. Large basement
for kids to play on rainy days if needed (hopefully you won't). Small deck with ocean views. House does have heat. Walk down

Home has 2 bedrooms. Master has 1 full bed; 2nd b/r has 1 full and 1 twin. Sunroom has 1 queen sleep sofa. Sleeps a total of 5
in beds; 7 with queen sleep sofa in sunroom. Nice
roomy open concept area between dining table and living room. Gas BBQ grille, picnic table or patio table(to be determined); cable TV, microwave, washer/dryer. Two bath: One bath with shower/tub combo; 2nd bath is a half bath. Home has a very large back yard with patio, picnic table & grille with plenty
of room for kids to play in. Walk down Eagle Ave. with beach access right at the end of the street. NOTE: You should be able to pick up wireless signal from another house
I also rent nearby. Bring your laptop too if you want (no guarantee
but it does work for owners). Parking for 3-4 cars.
All of this for only $1,900/wk. Pet possible with approval. Across street from Dunton are houses for rent called Wood &
Eagle 4 and 2 houses away is one called Macris if you need larger accomodations and wish to rent along with this one.
