Has a gas BBQ grill & patio set as well as a fire pit, with firewood provided, for marshmallows. Garden cart provided to carry beach chairs & coolers & little kids down to the beach. Parking for 4+ cars. Home is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. including lower level & porch. Just walk down Sunset to Surf St. and over 3 streets for beach access the end of Fairhaven Ave., will take about 2 minutes to walk or walk along Seaside Ave. to Fairhaven Ave. to the beach. Bed Setup: Four bedrooms upstairs & one bedroom is on 1st floor. All 5 beds are full & there's 1 twin on the side porch. Five houses back from Beach with distant ocean views from the large wrap-around porch & some bedrooms. Microwave, TV, BBQ gas grille, washer (no dryer, has clothesline). Two baths; 1 bath tub/shower combo & 1 with shower (both on the first floor level). Med. Size fridge & there is also has a dorm-type fridge on the porch. There are fans for every room and has electric heat, if needed. Large side yard & back yards Plenty of parking. House has a great porch! Sleeps 11 in beds using the daybed on side porch. Walk along Surf St., 3 streets over, to access to the beach…. 2-minute walk. Dead-end street for cars-good for small kids. People fish at the end of Sunset at high tide. gas BBQ, picnic table & phone for local calls. Large screened porch with combination windows. House has heat if needed.
Parking for about 3-4 cars. Walk down the street to the ocean, turn left & over 3 streets for access onto the beach-takes
about 2 minutes. Dead-end street for traffic. For large groups, some rent this along with the Little House, which is
to the rear-left. NOTE: Past renters were able to get a wireless signal on their laptop at the house from neighbors in the

LINDA *LITTLE* - This house does Fridays to Fridays Rentals! (Which lets you avoid traffic on Saturday AM + gives you a complete weekend at the house). Cute as a button is the "Little House" with large deck. This one bedroom home is in mint condition. BED SETUP: B/r has full and there is a queen sleep sofa. It will sleep a total of 2 in beds 4 total utilizing the sleep sofa. Perfect for a couple, a couple with small children or 3 adults. Open concept kitchen/living room area with kitchen bar. Microwave, Cable TV, DVD, gas BBQ grille, large deck & patio set, heat if needed. Park 2-3 cars. Short walk to the beach. This is quiet dead-end street with little traffic, good for kids. in the living room. Extra TV’s in all 3 bedrooms, total 4 TV's; full bath with shower/tub combo. BED SETUP: Each bedroom
has 1 full bed. Sleep sofa, full size, in the living room. Living room is smaller here but is open concept. Home will sleep
6 in beds, 8 utilizing sleep sofa. Just walk down the end of Fairhaven & step right onto
the Beach. Dogs permitted with permission. All this for only $1,300/wk. Map
