17 Beacon Ave., Ferry Beach – Saco . New to the rental market in 2011. This is a very nice three-bedroom house only 3 houses back from Surf St. & the ocean. There
is a deck off of master bedroom with ocean views; 2nd deck in the rear with gas BBQ grille, Microwave, Cable TV,
washer/dryer, back yard, cute enclosed porch with a few chairs, with ocean views; Queen sleep sofa in den area off the living
room. There are 2 baths, both with tub/shower combos, one on each floor. BED SETUP: Master with ocean views has 1 full bed and a sitting area with a couch.
Upper deck is off the master b/r with ocean views; 2nd b/r has 1 queen bed & there is also a cot which could
be put anywhere; 3rd b/r has 1 full bed and 1 set of bunks (2 twin mattresses). Will sleep a total of 8 in beds;11
using sleep sofa & cot. House does have heat if needed. Driveway for a couple of
cars & can park on street out front if needed. Just walk pass 3 houses to Surf St. & ocean,
turn left and beach access is one street over at the end of Fairhaven
Ave. NOTE: You should be able to pick up wireless internet from house across the street.
Bring your laptop too if you want (no guarantee). All of this for $2,200/wk. Sorry, no pets permitted. Off season spring &

Beautiful ocean views. Open & screened-in porch as well as an enclosed
porch. Classic Maine 4 b/r, two houses back from Beach. This is a dead-end street for vehicle traffic - great for kids. BED
SETUP: Bedrooms are: 1st-1 king (can be divided back into 2 twins), 2nd b/r has a queen; 3rd & 4th have
one full bed each. Washer (has clothes line), microwave, basic cable TV, phone, gas BBQ, huge double picnic table on
screened portion of the porch. Sleeps 8 in beds. Bath has claw tub & separate shower. Plenty of parking. Walk along Surf
St. 3 short streets over to access to the beach at the end of Fairhaven Ave. Great fishing right here at the
end of the street. Owner does leave king sheets as not everyone has them. If you have your own, bring them along. $2,000/wk.

This 3-bedroom house is only
a 1-2 minute walk from the beach on quiet side street at Ferry Beach.. BED SETUP: Master bedroom has 1 queen; 2nd bedroom
has 1 full and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. Nice front porch with distant ocean views; BBQ grill on
the deck on rear, also with ocean views.
There is a dining room off the kitchen. Home has 1 bath on the 1st floor with a shower/tub
combo. Parking for about 3-4 cars, yard. Home will sleep
6 in beds, all bedrooms on 2nd floor. The
owner is leaving two blow-up mattresses (for kids) and with these, will sleep 8 total. Walk down the street
to the ocean, go left & over 2 streets for access onto the beach at the end of Fairhaven Ave. It’ll take about 1 minute walk to get onto the beach +/-.
Many people fish at high tide at the end Sunset Ave., 1 street over. Pets
permitted with pre-approval. $1,700/wk. Email and I'll send a map & inside

Ocean views from this cute 2-b/r house. Sit on the deck with your coffee & watch the sun rise.
Three houses back from Beach. Bed Setup: 1st b/r has 1 full
bed & 2nd has 1 full and 1 twin. Sleep sofa, Queen, for overnight guest only. Please note
you would need to go through one bedroom (the one with the full bed) to access the bathroom. Washer, microwave, cable TV,
phone, gas grille. There is a fireplace (in photos) but NOT a working one. Sleeps 5 in beds; 7 with sleep sofa. Parking for 2-3 cars. Sunset is a quiet, dead-end
street. Walk along Surf St., go 3 streets
to access for the beach @ the end of Fairhaven Ave. NOTE: I was able to get a wireless signal on my laptop at the house from the deck from my own house across the
street. Bring your laptop too if you want (no guarantee but it
did work for me. Dogs possible with approval. $1,300/wk.

DAPHNE: 29 Sunset Ave., Ferry Beach, Saco. Two bedroom unit which is on the ground floor of a 2-family house.
Upstairs is not rented and the owners are rarely here on weekends. BED SETUP: Each bedroom has
a full bed and there's full size sleep sofa in the living room (full sized). Sleeps 4
in beds; 6 with sleep sofa. There is a back & side yard, fully
equipped kitchen, microwave, gas BBQ, patio table, cable TV. Home is located on a dead-end street for car traffic
which is good for small kids. Great fishing right at the end of this street at high tide. Very short walk to the beach. One
minute walk to end of street onto Surf St., 3 streets over with access to the beach at the end of Fairhaven Ave.

DUNTON - 2 Eagle Ave., Ferry Beach, Saco Cute well-kept 2-b/r with large living room on the
corner of Eagle Ave. & Seaside Ave. Bed Setup: Two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk which
is a full on the bottom & a twin on the top; X-tra cot and a full-size sleep sofa in living room. Gas grille, patio set, ishwasher,
Cable TV, DVD,VCR, microwave, washer/dryer, hower/tub combo. Owner leaves pack ‘n play for babies + high chair.
Two decks & small yard. House does have heat. Just walk down Eagle Ave. with beach access at the end of the street. Parking
for 2-4 cars. Will sleep 5 in beds & 8 total utilizing the sleep sofa & cot. *wireless
