Winter rentals typically run typically from Labor Day or day after, until May 31st of the following year or a few weeks into June, depending on your need.   For UNE students, for the fall semesters  your school has moved up the starting date before Labor Day.  Most owners should be able to accomodate that date but there may be a few exceptions. References are required as well as security deposits.   Most are rent + all utilities with the exception of some which includes electricity and some which include heat and some include everything, all utilities + cable & internet. The houses are all furnished, complete with dishes, pots, pans, etc. All you need are sheets, towels, towels, paper goods, soaps, etc. Each house are listed within this website but you need to contact me for ones that do winter rentals or year round, as the ones on this website are summer listings.  Not all are year round for winter rentals.   Please see below for information for winter rendtal houses available.  All houses listed in the website on the individual pages have summer rates, not the winter rates.   You need to email me for a list for Winter Rentals.  See below for further information.

Many houses on this website are available for Winter Rentals which for 2012/2013.  The prices in the descriptions on the pages in this website are Summer rates. Not all houses are year round for winter rentals.  All of my regular summer retals are on the pages in this website for details  & descriptions of the homes.  Click on the pages up top on the home page to access the different pages for areas I handle. Again, for Winter Rental or year round listings or questions, call 207-282-2212 or email: fcasey@maine.rr.com Houses are In Old Orchard Beach, Saco at Ferry Beach, Bayview & Camp Ellis; two in Pine Point in Scarborough.                                                                                        I do have a nice 2 b/r lower level condo in Old Orchard which can be either winter rental or a year-round rental.  I can send inside photos upon request.  MEAGHER                 18 Smith wheel Court, #2, Old Orchard Beach, ME Nice, furnished two bedroom condo, one floor living.  It’s located with an easy commute to I-95 to go north to Portland or south to Kittery.  Home offers a large parking lot with 2 spots for parking and extra guest parking.  BED SETUP:  Master has a Queen bed (new bed); 2nd b/r has 1 full bed.   Full kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer.  Home has one bath with a shower/tub combo.  This will sleep a total of 4.  Sleep sofa for overnight guests.  Home has a very efficient gas monitor heater.  Home is available immediately.  $900/mo + utilities if year round; $850 for winter rental.
