Very large four bedroom
house but one is HUGE. (See other photos below). The first-floor b/r has a queen bed; 2nd b/r has queen, 3rd b/r has a queen
and the 4th has 3 fulls & 1 twin in it. Please note you have to go through the bathroom upstairs to access the large bedroom.
Enclosed wrap-around porch, 2 decks-one in front & one in the rear. There is also a sleep sofa sofa in the living room
+ a futon, each full size. Distant ocean views. 300 yards to the beach; 1-2 minutes to a beautiful beach. Huge kitchen, microwave,
Cable TV. There are two baths; one has a shower & tub combo on 1st floor; tub on 2nd floor, outside enclosed hot &
cold shower, washer/dryer, phone, gas BBQ grille, large yard, lobster pot, outside shower & plenty of parking. No dishwasher.
The living room is on the smaller side. Will accomodate 17 but limited to 18 people. PETS OKAY! $3,100/wk.
Scarborough prohibits dogs on the beach during daytime. Early morning & evenings are okay.
Pine Point is a
very desirable, quiet area about 1-1/2 miles north of Old Orchard Beach which offers amusements & gift shops, located
at the ocean on Saco Bay. From the beach area, it’s about 6 miles to Funtown-a theme park & water park; about 5
miles to the Aquaboggin, a water park; about 10 minutes to major supermarkets. We're half-way between Kittery & Freeport
for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to South Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. It'll take about 1-1/2 hours
or so from the Boston area.

ROB -36 Jones Creek Rd., Pine Point Location Location!!! This charming beach house has a private back yard with plenty of parking
right on the marsh in Pine Point. Pine Point's beautiful beach is a short walk out the front door. The home
has 4 bedrooms, is charming with granite countertops. Hardwood floors on 1st floor & new carpet
on 2nd floor. BED SETUP: Two are on the 1st floor. One b/r has 1 Queen & 1 twin,
has A/C. The other has 1 queen and 1 twin. B/R 3 has 2 twins & b/r 4 has 1 queen & 2nd
TV. (3 &4 are on 2nd floor). Please note you have to walk thru b/r 3 to access b/r 4. New
Queen sleep sofa in living room. Sleeps 10 in beds. There is plenty of space for your entire extended family.
Two spacious baths, one has a Jacuzzi tub, both on the first floor. One bath is a full bath & 2nd
is a half bath. There is an outside place to rinse but is not enclosed. Washer/dryer, Cable TV. In rear there’s
a “bunk house” with a full size futon, & extra fridge. Very large area to park - lots of parking with
room to park your boat, if you have one. Watch unobstructed beautiful sunsets & the marsh from on
your private deck in the rear. The front of the house is just steps to the beautiful beach at Pine Point, about
a minute walk. Public boat launch nearby. Sorry no pets allowed. All of this for only $2,700/wk.
