in beds and 10 using sleep sofa. Yard has toys for the kids, a picnic
area & gas BBQ grill to enjoy a summer barbeques. Outdoor shower with hot & cold water (shared). Dishwasher,
washer/dryer. Driveway is shared. Park 3 cars in driveway on the right, back to back, abutting the garage. Extra
car out front. There is 1 full bath 2nd floor & half bath on 1st floor. Pets possible with owner approval and Pet
security which is refunded if all is okay. All for only $1,800/wk.

about a 3-5 minute walk to the pier & amusements, approximately 1/2 mile . BED SETUP: The 1st bedroom
has a Queen + 1 full bed; 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed. It will sleep 6 in beds. Complete kitchen facilities, cable TV, VCR,
a full bath with a shower/tub combo, washer/dryer and there is an outside shower (I don’t believe enclosed) & a
gas BBQ grille shared by both units. The driveway in front of the house is for the upstairs unit. Park to unload and then
move the car across the street. Downstairs unit has 2 parking spots across the street in the parking lot. On-street parking

driveway…more out front on the street. BED SETUP: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed (small bedroom; Bedroom #2 has a set of bunk beds (may
change to a trundle bed). Home also has two full size sleep sofas in the living room. Home
will sleeps 4 in beds; 8 with two sleep sofas but more comfortable

full kitchen, microwave, patio set on large wrap-around screened-in porch with ocean views, gas BBQ grille, dining room that
sits 6-8. Parking for 2 cars but if smaller can fit 3. Ocean views from this very large open wrap-around
porch. Beach just down the street 100 yards away, great location. BED SETUP: 4 bedrooms on 2nd
floor, each with a full bed. Sleep sofa in living room for 2 more guests. Home will sleep 8 in beds; 10 with sleep
sofa in the living room. About 8-10 minute walk or less to the Pier. Sorry, no pets allowed. $1,800.

street and porch. Sleeps 6-10 people utilizing sleep sofas. 1fl has lg bedroom (queen), lg living room, kitchen and bath.
2fl has recently renovated kitchen and bath, very large screened-in porch, and 3rd level has two bedrooms (1 double, 2-twins).
Downstairs living room has a pullout sleep sofa (full size) and the other the upstairs living room has a futon (full size)
and a regular non-sleeper couch. Newly painted interior and newly furnished! There is no internal staircase from the up &
down, one would have to come down the stairs to go into the bottom unit. Bottom unit is where slider is in the outside photo.
About a 4-minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the Pier and amusements. Nice family neighborhood and close to everything.
Microwave, cable TV, BBQ charcoal grille, phone and plenty of parking. Sleeps 10 with sleep sofa & futon. $1,700/week for
