Got a big family or rent with other family members or friends?
There are
two buildings here on Union Ave., about a minute walk to the beach. Also about an 8-minute walk to the Pier in Old Orchard.
Building #14 Union Ave. is a very large duplex with 4 bedrooms on each side. The right side of the duplex, called
Cathy @14-A, has 4 bedrooms, is very large and will sleep 12. The left side of the duplex called Cathy @#14-B, also has 4
bedrooms-same similar setup-sleep 12. The 2nd building is #16 Union Ave.. Unit called Cathy @16-A is a 1st-floor apartment
and will sleep 9. Unit Cathy @16-B is a 2nd-floor unit which will sleep 6.
**PARKING SETUP FOR 4 UNITS at CATHY@14-A;
14-B; 16-A & 16-B Union Ave.
Between the buildings at #14 & #16 Union Ave. there is a driveway only for
3 cars, back-to-back. On-street parking is permitted (sometimes hard to find a spot tho). It’s recommend if you find
a spot on the street, leave car there for the week. We ask renters in one unit not to plan to park 3-4 cars in the driveway
or in front of the house location- just one. The Owner does provide a permit to each unit for parking another 1 car off premises,
a short walk up the street behind a small corner store. There is a security deposit of $25 for this permit. The permit will
be left on the kitchen table when you check in. When checking out, the permit is to be left back on the table for the next
tenant & deposits will be refunded during the following week after your checkout. If you have extra cars, tenants can
make arrangements (on their own & at their expense) for additional off-site parking, either with the owner of the corner
store or other means.
