very close to the beach, about 500'. Parking limited to 2 cars in shared driveway. About a 10-minute walk
to the pier in Old Orchard. Possible to get spot on street in front of house also. Sorry no pets
allowed. $1,900/wk. HAVE A BIG FAMILY OR RENT WITH FRIENDS? Rent this along with Milstein
@ 3-1/2 Walnut St., next door. Both together will sleep 12 in Beds; 16-17 utilizing sleep sofas & Trundle bed.

and a new queen sleep sofa in the living room. Will sleep 6 in beds; 8-9 with sleep sofa & futon. Bath with shower &
tub combo & half bath with toilet (both on 1st floor; new vinyl floor in kitchen & dining area, newly painted, cable
TV, microwave, two refrigerators, one stand-up fan. You may want to bring along a couple if it gets very hot. Has a Gas BBQ

house. Perfect for friends & family who rent together close to the Ocean Park
area of Old Orchard. Upstairs has 3 b/r is the upstairs unit in a 2-family house. Downstairs
has 2 bedrooms, total of 5 bedrooms. Only 2 blocks from the beach, about a 1-2 minute walk,
about an 8-minute walk to the pier & amusements. BED SETUP-Upstairs:
The 1st bedroom has 1 Queen + 1 twin bed; 2nd bedroom has two twins and 3rd bedroom has 1
full bed. There is a full size futon in the living room. Upstairs will sleep 7 in beds and 9 utilizing the futon. BED SETUP-Downstairs: The 1st bedroom has 1 Queen & 1
twin; 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed. Sleep sofa, full size, in living room. It sleeps
5 in beds, 7
utilizing the sleep sofa. Combined will sleep a total 12
in beds and 16 utilizing

Ave., (near Ocean Park).Old Orchard Beach
This is the downstairs unit in a 2-family house,
a couple of blocks from the beach. Nice house. Reggio is close to the Ocean Park
area of Old Orchard. This nice unit has 2 bedrooms. BED
SETUP: The 1st bedroom has a full bed; the 2nd
bedroom has a Full and a twin. It will sleeps
5 in beds. Living room has a
futon sofa and a new couch with recliners. It will sleep a total of 7
using the futon. Complete kitchen facilities, cable TV.
Bath has shower combo. There is a gas BBQ grille & picnic table in the nice
back yard. Park car out front on street of house (allowed). This
is dead-end street, not much traffic. It
is a quick 3 min. walk to the beach and Ocean Park. It's location allows a 10 minute walk to the center of OOB and Pier. Sorry,
no pets allowed. $1,000/wk.

GREEN: 19 Hillside Ave., Old Orchard
Beach. Very nice house is located on a nice quiet side street. BED
SETUP: In the master bedroom - Queen; 2nd bedroom (approx. 11x14): 1 Queen & 1 sets of bunk beds (each with a twin mattress);
3rd bedroom (also approx. 11x14), 1 full size bed & 1 twin bed. On the enclosed porch there’s a "click"
sleep sofa, sleeps 1-2. They have just added two new sleep sofas in the living room as well. Home
will sleep 9 in beds 14
with the two sleep sofas in the living room & a "click" sleeps sofa on the porch. One deck in
front with a gas BBQ grille & patio set, large fenced-in back yard, great for kids. There is also a 2nd patio set in the
back yard. The dining room seats 8.,1-1/2 baths. Full bath with tub/shower combo & washer/dryer. Microwave, full
kitchen. Hardwood floors in living room & 2 bedrooms. New tile floors in 2007 in the dining room, kitchen & 1st
floor bath & new kitchen cabinets. Parking only for 3 cars ONLY (one a small car) to the left of the house in the
driveway, up beside the fence. Most rooms have ceiling
fans and an air conditioner cools the downstairs. All furniture is either new or relatively new. Cable TV, nice
enclosed front porch. This is a little longer walk to the beach-will take 5-8 minutes, but worth it. About a 10-minute walk
to the pier area in Old Orchard. $1,600/wk. Pets Okay with permission. X-tra $70 charge for dog (cheaper than
