Large 3-bedroom unit, ground level. MINT unit in a very nice quiet area with only about six units in the whole building, nestled in the woods on Randall Ave. in the Ocean Park area of Old Orchard. This is indeed one of my nicer units. It’s more like a large house than a condo - the complex is called “Tanglewood”. This unit has a large deck and is HANDICAPPED accessible. BED SETUP: One b/r has 1 queen (large bedroom); 2nd b/r has 1 Queen and 3rd b/r has 1 full + 1 twin. TWO baths; one with handicapped shower, other with tub/shower combo. The unit has a microwave, Cable color TV, VCR, washer/dryer, dishwasher, lobster pot, gas BBQ, picnic table on the deck & patio furniture and Wireless Internet. There is a dumpster in the rear of the complex for trash. About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk). PETS POSSIBLE with owners’ permission. $1,600/wk. If pet allowed, $1,670.

PIRRELLO: 113 West Grand Ave. - Old Orchard Beach, ME

GOT A BIG FAMILY? RENTING WITH FRIENDS? This is the perfect setup close to the Ocean Park area. It has a total of 4 bedrooms. Three bedroom unit + a 1-bedroom apartment upstairs for a total of 4 bedrooms (use l/r upstairs for 5th b/r. BED SETUP: 1st b/r has a 1 queen bed + rollaway cot bed; 2nd b/r has 1 queen & 3rd b/r has a set of bunks which is a full on the bottom & 1 twin on the top. Also a full-size sleep sofa in living room sleeps 2 more if needed. Upstairs unit has bedroom with 1 full and in the other living room up there is a new futon, full, for 2 people (use this as a 5th bedroom). For the whole house, it will sleep 9 in beds and 14 using thesleep sofa, rollaway cot & futon. There are two baths with tub/shower combos + 2 kitchens. Just walk down the street to the beach, a 1-1/2 minute walk (was timed). It’s about a 5-8-minute walk to the pier & amusements. The home has a Microwave, Cable TV with Hi Def for those Red Sox games; washer/dryer, BBQ grille, picnic table. Bring your laptop as you can get a wireless signal from laundromat next street over. There is parking for 4 cars in driveway, more out front & on side. Pets okay. Due to Old Orchard Beach rules, dogs cannot go on the beach in summer during certain daytime hours Mornings & evenings they can. All of this for $2,200/wk.

(P)SHEA - 48 Atlantic Ave., Old Orchard Beach

This is a nice 4 B/R Cape with 2 baths with showers (no tubs); one on the 1st floor and one the 2nd floor + an outside shower. Only about a 2-minute walk to the beach (est.) & about 5-8 minute to walk to the pier in Old Orchard. Nice deck and outside shower with hot & cold water; smaller yard, and window fans are provided. Home has 3 cable TVs, DVDs, dishwasher, microwave, patio set & gas BBQ grille. Living room is small but kitchen is large. Living room seats 5-6 people. BED SETUP: 1st floor bedroom has 1 queen; 3 bedrooms on 2^nd floor. B/r #2 has 1 full + a futon to sleep 2 more; 3^rd b/r (walk thru one) has 2 twin beds; 4^th b/r has 1 full. Home will sleep 8 in beds; 10 with futon. You do need to walk thru the 2nd b/r to access the 3rd bedroom. Also, owners are able to pick up a wireless internet signal from the house. Bring your laptop if you want (no guarantee but it should work - did for them and the prior owners). There is parking for 2 cars in driveway, more on street. Pets allowed with pre-approval. $1,600/wk.

MICHAEL: 12 Odessa Ave., Old Orchard Beach (Close to Ocean Park)

Cute 3 bedroom cottage, located a block from the beach, about 50 yards. It's only about a 1-minute walk down Odessa onto the beach. About a 5-8 minute walk to the pier area in OOB. BED SETUP: Master has a 1 bed; 2nd b/r has 1 twin and 3rd b/r has 2 twin beds. You do need to walk thru the room with the 1 twin to access the back bedroom. Back bedroom has an outside exit door also. This house is limited to 5 and will sleep a total of 5 in beds. It's on the ground level of a 2-family house and all rooms on one level. Owner does not rent the upstairs; it’s possible his family may be here off & on during the summer. Cable TV. There is one small bath with a shower (no tub), parking for 2 cars. Outside shower in the rear. There is wireless internet in the area and it’s possible you may pick up a signal but no guarantee. House has heat if needed. Only $1,300/wk. Sorry, no pets permitted.

TARTAGLIA-12 Reggio Ave., Unit #3, Old Orchard Beach (Close to Ocean Park)

This adorable, 2-bedroom cottage condo is located a block from the beach, about 50 yards +/-. The address is 12 Reggio but cottage is actually across yard on the Odessa Street side. Home offers a nice large common yard with picnic tables. Only about 1 minute to walk down either Odessa or Reggio to the beach. About a 5-8 minute walk to the pier area in OOB, BED SETUP: Master has a Queen bed; 2nd b/r has 2 twins. There's a full-size futon in the living room. This house will sleep a total of 4 in beds 6 total utilizing the sleep sofa. **There also is a loft with a full mattress but this cannot be used for small children. Cable TV, window air conditioner; one bath with a shower (no tub), parking for 2 cars on Odessa Ave. side in front of the split-rail fence. Please turn off air conditioner when you go to the beach and are not at the cottage. Picnic tables are in center area outside. Owner has gas BBQ grille. The house has a small 8x12' screened in porch to enjoy warm summer evenings. Owner is able to pick up a wireless internet signal (especially from picnic tables). Bring your laptop too along with suntan lotion (no guarantee but it did work for owners). $1,200/wk. Sorry, no pets allowed per condo rules

MELLO - 39 Reggio Ave., Old Orchard Beach (Close to Ocean Park)

THIS HOUSE DOES FRIDAYS TO FRIDAYS RENTALS! (Which lets you avoid traffic on Saturday AM + gives you a complete weekend at the house).

This is an adorable, nice & squeaky clean 2-bedroom on a dead-end street. Internet connection. Great for small children as there is little traffic here. It offers a nice large yard and two decks. Walk down Reggio, cross W. Grand down to the beach, about 150 yards. It'll take about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Walk to the pier area in OOB, about a 5-minute walk. Bed Setup: Two bedrooms. Each b/r has a queen-sized bed and each b/r has a door that goes out to the rear deck. There's a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Under the bed in the master b/r, there's a blow-up mattress with room in that room to leave on the floor after pulling out from under or put it in the living room area. Mello will sleep a total of 4 in beds 8 total utilizing the sleep sofa & blow-up mattress. TV, VCR/DVD player, CD Cassette radio system, one bathroom with a shower/tub combo, cable, gas grille, washer, dryer, dishwasher, phone for local calls only, microwave. There is Internet connection here - just bring along your laptop and plug in. House does have heat. Small pet possible with approval. $1,400/wk. Extra $70/wk if bringing pet (cheaper than a kennel).

Gas BBQ grille. Cable TV. Outside shower with hot & cold water. Cleaning is on the "honor system" by tenants. Located on the west side of Rte. 9, W. Grand Ave. Randall is where the Shuffleboard court is located. It's about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk). Close to all amenities of Ocean Park. $1.000/wk. Cable TV, Bath with a shower (no tub). There is a gas BBQ grille & picnic table in the large side yard shared with #7. Park 1-2 cars. It is a quick 1-2 min. walk to the beach and Ocean Park. Approximately a 5-minute walk to the pier in Old Orchard (depends how fast you walk). Affordable at only $525/wk. Much less than a motel in OOB. Sorry no pets
